This allows the borrower to qualify for a higher loan amount given the lower monthly payment included in their debt to income ratio.

"It's been a fantastic season! So much so, that it's been decided we are going to extend the season and remain open Tuesday, April 4th through Sunday, April 9th," said a statement from TSV.
